الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة خبير التخطيط التقني في الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن دعم تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط التقنية لشبكات MCN و BCN.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • دعم تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط التقنية من خلال ترجمة متطلبات الخدمة إلى مواصفات فنية، وتقدير الميزانيات، وتمكين تخطيط البنية التحتية لشبكات MCN و BCN، مع الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات العمل المحددة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • وضع إطار لترجمة متطلبات الخدمة والشبكات MCN و BCN إلى مواصفات فنية واتفاقيات مستوى خدمة (SLAs) وتعريفات الميزات.
  • ترجمة التصاميم المعمارية والتقنية لشبكات MCN و BCN إلى خطة تسليم تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ من حيث عدد المواقع والعُقد والمنصات المطلوبة ومستوى المرونة وقدرات التعافي من الأعطال، لضمان الخدمة المثلى في جميع المناطق.
  • التقييم المستمر لاحتياجات الشبكات المستقبلية MCN و BCN ومنهجيات الاختبار والآثار المعمارية للأعمال في التخطيط التقني لدعم التقنيات الناشئة وتحسينات الخدمة.
  • تصميم خطط توسعة البنية التحتية والشبكات القابلة للتوسع التي تستوعب التقنيات المستقبلية وتضمن التكامل السلس للابتكارات.
  • تقدير الميزانيات والإنفاق التقني المستقبلي المتعلق بالتقنيات الجديدة وتوسعة الشبكات وترقيات الخدمات.
  • التنسيق مع قطاعات الاستراتيجية والحوكمة والمالية والتجارية لإدارة الميزانية التقنية وضمان التخصيص الفعال من حيث التكلفة للموارد المخصصة لاستثمارات البنية التحتية.
  • دعم مواءمة الاستراتيجيات المالية التقنية مع الأهداف المالية التنظيمية بالتعاون مع قطاع المالية.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة المختبرات والاختبارات للتحقق من امتثال الشبكات والتطبيقات لمعايير الأداء واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) قبل النشر.
  • إجراء مراجعات قياسية (Benchmarking) لمواءمة معايير الاختبار مع أهداف أداء الشبكة والخدمات المتطورة وتوقعات المستخدمين.
  • المساهمة في تطوير نماذج الإثبات (PoCs) للعملاء المحتملين لشبكات MCN و BCN، لعرض القيمة التقنية للتخصص وزيادة معدلات الفوز بالعقود بالتعاون مع القطاع التجاري.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات، هندسة الحاسب، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مفضلة تتراوح بين 3-6 سنوات، أو ما يعادلها في مجال الخبرة.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting the development and execution of technology plans by translating service requirements into technical specifications, estimating budgets, and enabling infrastructure planning for MCN and BCN networks. The role shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a framework to translate MCN and BCN service and network requirements into technical specifications, SLAs, and feature definitions.
  • Translate the MCN and BCN technology architecture and designs into an actionable technology delivery plan in terms of the number of sites, nodes, platforms required, level of resilience, and failover capabilities, ensuring optimal service across all regions.
  • Continuously assess future MCN and BCN network needs, testing methodologies, and business architecture implications in technology planning to support emerging technologies and service enhancements.
  • Design scalable infrastructure and network expansion plans that accommodate future technologies and ensure seamless integration of innovations.
  • Estimate future technology budgets and spending related to new technologies, network expansion, and service upgrades.
  • Coordinate with Strategy & Governance, Finance, and Commercial sectors to manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for infrastructure investments.
  • Support the alignment of technology financial strategies with organizational financial objectives, in collaboration with the Finance sector.
  • Participate in lab and testing activities to validate compliance of the network and applications with performance standards and SLAs prior to deployment.
  • Conduct benchmarking reviews to align testing parameters with evolving network and service performance targets and user expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospective MCN and BCN customers, showcasing Specialized’s technological value and enhancing win-rates in alignment with the Commercial sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Years Of Experience

  • Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
