The Opportunity

This is more than a technology leadership role, it's an opportunity to influence the future of one of Saudi Arabia's pioneering financing aggregator companies.

You'll lead the execution of our technology vision, oversee digital delivery, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, while partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure technology remains a key driver of business growth.

What You'll Lead

* Define and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

* Lead software engineering, digital delivery, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations.

* Champion Agile, DevOps, automation, and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery and operational excellence.

* Build secure, scalable, and resilient technology platforms that support sustainable growth.

* Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.

* Build, mentor, and inspire a team with a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Manage strategic technology vendors, key system integrations, and the technology budget.

* Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and executive leadership to deliver technology that creates measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

* 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 2 years in a technology leadership role.

* Proven leadership across software development, cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and cybersecurity.

* Experience within FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.

* Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

* A track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and building high-performing technology teams.

• Familair with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Preffred to have know how in prpgramming lanaguges
• (Saudi nationals only )

Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
