Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct executive support on strategic and operational priorities.

• Develop high-quality presentations, methodologies, and strategic deliverables, with a strong focus on KPI scorecards and initiative frameworks.

• Analyze performance and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Lead and monitor strategic initiatives independently, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Represent the operational follow-up meetings with portfolio managers and key stakeholders.

• Monitor performance, track progress against strategic objectives, and prepare executive reports highlighting performance and achievement levels.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in management consulting.

• Proven experience in Strategy Management Office (SMO), Project Management Office (PMO), or strategic initiatives management.

• Experience working independently in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in the public sector or national transformation programs is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• MBA is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP

• Lean Six Sigma

Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
