MCO Almulhim Law Firm, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading law firms, is expanding its team and is seeking outstanding legal professionals to join us in Riyadh and Jeddah.

Open Positions1. Senior Associate | Corporate & Commercial

Lead complex corporate and commercial matters, manage client relationships, and play a key role in business development and the firm’s continued growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.M. is a plus).
• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in client development and business origination.
• Strong network within the Saudi business and legal community.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Saudi national.

2. Senior Associate | Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Lead litigation matters before Saudi courts and quasi-judicial committees, represent clients in complex disputes and arbitration proceedings, and contribute to expanding the firm’s dispute resolution practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 7-10 years of litigation experience before Saudi courts.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Proven record of successful case outcomes and client development.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi procedural law and judicial system.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills in Arabic, with excellent English.
• Saudi national.

3. Of Counsel / Senior Lawyers with Established Practice

An opportunity for senior lawyers with an established client portfolio to join a leading platform that supports the growth of their practice, with a genuine path to Partnership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of legal experience.
• Established and portable book of business.
• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong standing and network in the Saudi market.
• Saudi national.
