We're Hiring | Senior FM Estimation Engineer

We are Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior FM Estimation Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for Facility Management (FM) services.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.
• Conduct site visits and quantity take-offs where required.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to develop competitive bids.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Support tender submissions and commercial clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 7+ years of experience in FM estimation, costing, and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services.
• Experience with CAFM/FM contracts and pricing models is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.
