Role Description The Governance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance with internal policies, coordinating governance-related reporting, and supporting risk management activities across business units. The Governance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to review and update governance structures, oversee documentation standards, and promote best practices in transparency and accountability. The role also involves training staff on governance policies, preparing materials for board and committee meetings, and supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, compliance standards, and relevant Saudi regulations.
• Experience in policy development, process design, and implementation of governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication in a corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze risks, assess control effectiveness, and recommend practical improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced certification in governance, compliance, or risk management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with SAMA and CMA Regulations.
