سانابيل ستوديو (Sanabil Studio)، منشئ مشاريع في الرياض، السعودية، يبحث عن مدير منتج (Product Manager) يتمتع بخبرة حوالي 4 سنوات للعمل عبر مشاريع متعددة في مراحل مختلفة، بدءًا من مرحلة الاكتشاف وحتى الإطلاق والتكرار.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • امتلاك دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل عبر مشاريع متعددة - من الاكتشاف والتحقق وصولاً إلى الإطلاق والتكرار.
  • إجراء تجارب بسيطة لاختبار الفرضيات بسرعة، وإيقاف ما لا يعمل والتركيز على ما يحقق نتائج.
  • العمل بشكل متكامل مع فرق الهندسة والتصميم والبيانات لإطلاق منتجات يرغب بها المستخدمون حقًا.
  • إجراء أبحاث المستخدمين، بناء نماذج أولية، والتحقق من الأفكار قبل كتابة أي سطر من التعليمات البرمجية.
  • تحديد استراتيجية المنتج، مؤشرات النجاح، وخارطة الطريق بما يتوافق مع مرحلة كل مشروع وأهدافه.
  • الاستفادة من أدوات وأطر الذكاء الاصطناعي لتسريع تطوير المنتج، وأتمتة سير العمل، وبناء منتجات أكثر ذكاءً.
  • توضيح التقدم، المعوقات، والقرارات بشكل واضح لقادة الاستوديو وأصحاب المصلحة في المشاريع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة حوالي 4 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات ضمن بيئة شركة ناشئة أو استوديو أو بيئة نمو عالية.
  • خلفية تقنية - عمل عن كثب مع فرق الهندسة ويجيد التحدث بلغتهم، ويفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة في علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.
  • حس تصميمي قوي، وإلمام جيد بأداة Figma، وطلاقة في مبادئ تجربة المستخدم، ورأي واضح في تصميم المنتجات الجيدة.
  • استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي بانتظام - نماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs)، Copilots، ومنصات AI بدون كود - والقدرة على تحديد المجالات التي يضيف فيها الذكاء الاصطناعي قيمة حقيقية للمنتج وليس مجرد ضجة إعلامية.
  • خبرة في إطلاق منتج من الصفر إلى المرحلة الأولى (0 إلى 1) وليس فقط تحسين منتج موجود.
  • خبرة في أنظمة SaaS أو التكنولوجيا المالية (fintech) أو التجارة الإلكترونية.
  • عدم انتظار تعليمات محددة - بل هو من يكتبها.
  • إضافي: خبرة في استوديو مشاريع أو مسرّع أعمال، إلمام بالنظام البيئي التقني في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، خبرة عملية في بناء ميزات تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، مهارات في SQL وأدوات التحليل، أو الطلاقة في اللغة العربية.

Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.

We are looking for a Product Manager with around four years of experience who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from scratch. You’ll rotate across portfolio ventures at different stages - some weeks running discovery sprints for a brand-new concept, other weeks shipping V1 of a fintech product.

THE ROLE What you'll own here.

  • Own the product lifecycle across multiple ventures - from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
  • Run lean experiments to test hypotheses fast - kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and data teams to ship products that users actually want.
  • Conduct user research, prototype, and validate ideas before a single line of code gets written.
  • Define product strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with each venture’s stage and goals.
  • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to accelerate product development, automate workflows, and build smarter products.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to studio leadership and venture stakeholders.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if…

  • You have around four years of product management experience in a startup, studio, or high-growth environment.
  • You have a technical background - you’ve worked closely with engineering teams and can speak their language. A CS degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • You have a strong design sensibility, are comfortable in Figma, fluent in UX principles, and opinionated about what good product design looks like.
  • You actively use AI tools - LLMs, copilots, and no-code AI platforms - and can identify where AI adds real product value, not just hype.
  • You’ve taken a product from 0 to 1, not just optimized an existing one.
  • You have experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • You don’t wait for a brief - you write it.
  • Bonus: experience in a venture studio or accelerator, familiarity with the MENA tech ecosystem, hands-on experience building AI-powered features, data skills in SQL and analytics tools, or Arabic fluency.
