المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتحليل العناصر المدنية والإنشائية لمشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية في الخبر.
- إعداد ومراجعة الحسابات الإنشائية والرسومات والتقارير الفنية، مع ضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير ومواصفات العميل.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي MEP وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لدمج الحلول الإنشائية في التصاميم العامة للمشروع.
- حل المشكلات الفنية ودعم جداول تسليم المشروع.
- الإشراف على المهندسين والمصممين المبتدئين، ومراجعة مخرجات CAD و AutoCAD.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وتقديم إرشادات حول طرق البناء والمواد.
- المشاركة الفعالة في عمليات ضمان الجودة وتقييم المخاطر وهندسة القيمة لدعم نتائج المشروع الآمنة والفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التحليل الإنشائي والهندسة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك القدرة على تصميم والتحقق من الأنظمة الإنشائية لأنواع مختلفة من المشاريع.
- مهارات صلبة في الهندسة المدنية، مع معرفة بمواد البناء وطرقه وكوداته ومبادئ تصميم البنية التحتية.
- إتقان استخدام Computer-Aided Design (CAD) و AutoCAD لتطوير ومراجعة وتنسيق الرسومات الهندسية التفصيلية.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- عدة سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التصميم الإنشائي ضمن بيئات استشارية أو إنشائية، ويفضل على مستوى مهندس أول أو قائد.
- الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير المحلية والدولية، وخبرة في تطبيقها على حلول التصميم العملية.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في الحسابات والتوثيق.
- مهارات فعالة في التواصل والتعاون، مع القدرة على توجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
- التسجيل المهني أو الأهلية للتسجيل (مثل PE أو ما يعادله) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

This full-time, on-site role involves preparing and reviewing structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports, while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. The engineer will coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs, resolve technical issues, and support project delivery schedules. Daily responsibilities include overseeing junior engineers and designers, checking CAD and AutoCAD outputs, participating in design reviews, and providing guidance on construction methods and materials. The role also requires active involvement in quality assurance processes, risk assessments, and value engineering to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective project outcomes.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for developing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed engineering drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Several years of relevant experience in structural design within consultancy or construction environments, preferably at senior or lead engineer level.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards, and experience in applying them to practical design solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration (e.g., PE or equivalent) is an advantage.
