Role Description The Manager role at KFMMC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned department or service area. The manager plans, organizes, and monitors workflows, ensuring that staff, resources, and processes are aligned with hospital policies and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include supervising team members, assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment. The manager coordinates with clinical and administrative stakeholders, prepares reports, manages budgets within their area, and contributes to service improvement initiatives. This role also involves addressing operational issues, guiding staff development, and promoting effective communication across the department.

• Candidates should possess basic financial and administrative skills, such as budgeting oversight, report preparation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, and familiarity with quality and patient safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct in line with institutional and regulatory requirements.
