The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role includes leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams, supervising managers and employees, maintaining operational standards, monitoring inventory and cost control, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing quality control systems, monitoring KPIs, improving operational performance, coaching managers and employees, and creating a culture of accountability and discipline.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who has previously managed one or multiple restaurant branches, successfully supervised large teams, and knows how to build efficient systems while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager within the coffee shop or restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated success leading and supervising large teams.
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate employees, enforce standards, and make decisions confidently.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control, food safety, hygiene regulations, and operational excellence.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Experience monitoring & making KPIs, improving productivity, and driving operational performance.
• Ability to improve workflow efficiency and maintain consistent service quality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
• Previous experience with hospitality chains or high-volume operations is highly preferred.
