شركة الفنار تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس كهربائي (خريج جديد) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تخطيط وتنظيم ومراقبة الأنشطة الكهربائية للمشروع لضمان إنجاحه ضمن الإرشادات المحددة من مدير المشروع، وفقاً للجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وسياسات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة المستندات الكهربائية للمشروع (المنهجية، ضمان الجودة، إجراءات التحكم، الجدول الزمني).
  • إعداد ومراجعة المقدمات الفنية (التصاميم، المواصفات، الرسومات، الحسابات، بيانات الطرق، تقييم المخاطر، إلخ) للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات العميل والجهات الرسمية والمستخدم النهائي والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • الإشراف والتفتيش اليومي على أعمال التركيب في الموقع، وحضور الاختبارات، وتحديد حالات عدم الامتثال، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق اليومي مع قائد الفريق والأعضاء للتحقق من جودة أعمال المقاولين من الباطن وتوثيقها والإبلاغ عنها واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان سير جميع أنشطة الإنشاء في الموقع بشكل جيد ومراجعة التقدم.
  • عقد اجتماعات فنية ومتابعة مستمرة مع أقسام التصميم والهندسة لدى العميل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الجودة لجميع الأنشطة الكهربائية وفقاً لخطة جودة المشروع.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق فعال، وتوفير القيادة والتوجيه لهم.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير ضمن جداول التسليم، واستخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها، وحل المشكلات ورفع القضايا المعقدة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة (خريج جديد).

Job Purpose

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
Quality:
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan

Role Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
