Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Sales Representative at Jeddah Duty Free. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and providing customers with expert guidance on our range of products. The role is located in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in providing Training to team members and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is beneficial.
