نبذة عن الوظيفة
العمل في مركز ورشة النماذج الأولية (Prototype Shop Center) بهدف قيادة وإشراف فريق فني متخصص في بناء وتجميع النماذج الأولية للمركبات، والعمل كنقطة اتصال فنية عليا للفريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإشراف فنيي بناء النماذج الأولية وقادة الفرق، والعمل كنقطة الاتصال الفنية الرئيسية للفريق.
- تدريب وتطوير الفنيين من المستوى (Grade 3) و (Grade 5) عبر الإرشاد والتدريب ونقل المعرفة لبناء القدرات الفنية.
- الإشراف على تجميع وتعديل وتحضير المركبات النموذجية، وضمان مطابقة العمل للمواصفات الهندسية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات البرنامج.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة والبرنامج لتنفيذ التغييرات وحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان الدمج الناجح لمكونات النماذج الأولية.
- الحفاظ على السيطرة على منطقة البناء المخصصة بما في ذلك تنظيم قطع الغيار والأدوات ومساحة العمل، وضمان الجاهزية والسلامة وكفاءة العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تحقيق الأهداف المحددة من خلال وضع الأهداف الفردية وإدارة الأداء وتطوير وتحفيز الموظفين.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطط عمل القسم وفقاً لأهداف الإدارة.

- إدارة تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر والاستدامة للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات، مع مراعاة المعايير الرائدة وتحسين الإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
- إعداد جميع تقارير القسم في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة، وتلبية متطلبات CEER وسياساتها ومعايير الجودة.
- ضمان عدم الإفشاء بمعلومات سرية داخل أو خارج CEER.
- الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة عبر جميع الوظائف الإدارية ضمن القسم.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة (6 سنوات).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات، منها سنتان في دور قيادة فريق.

Key Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise prototype build technicians and team leaders, acting as the senior technical point of contact for the team.
- Educate and develop Grade 3 and Grade 5 technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer to build technical capability.
- Oversee the assembly, modification, and preparation of prototype vehicles, ensuring work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and programme teams to implement changes, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful integration of prototype components.
- Maintain control of the assigned build area, including parts, tooling, and workspace organisation, ensuring readiness, safety, and efficient operations.
- Achieve the assigned objectives through the setting of individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating staff.
- Participate in the development of the section’s business plans according to the department objectives.
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned activities.
- Prepare the budget required from the section and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring unit activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
- Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices, considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure that all section reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet CEER’s requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information within or outside CEER.
- Ensure adherence to the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies and standards across all business functions under the department.
