Cyber Consultant / Trainer

This position is ideal for cybersecurity professionals with a strong technical background and previous experience working within the military or a military-affiliated organization.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Relocation Required)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Consultant / Trainer to support cybersecurity operations and training initiatives within a specialized academy environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing cybersecurity learning content, enhancing existing training programs, and supporting operational cybersecurity activities.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Training & Curriculum Development

Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs and educational content.

Review, assess, and enhance existing cybersecurity courses to align with industry best practices and emerging threats.

Create training materials including presentations, labs, practical exercises, assessments, and technical documentation.

Support curriculum development across various cybersecurity domains, including:

• Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Incident Response
• Threat Intelligence
• Network Security
• Digital Forensics
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and hands-on cyber exercises.
• Support reporting, documentation, and project deliverables as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, consulting, or engineering roles.
• Experience developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Previous experience working within a military, defense, or military-affiliated organization is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
