تعلن شركة InspiringSOL- الحلول الملهمة، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الأغذية في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى Project Management Officer (أخصائي إدارة المشاريع) في مدينة الرياض، وذلك بنظام العمل بدوام كامل وحضوري.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغر الوظيفة مسؤولية تخطيط وتنسيق ومراقبة المشاريع المختلفة في المؤسسة لضمان توافقها مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المقررة. تشمل المهام اليومية دعم مدراء المشاريع في الجدولة وتوزيع الموارد، وتتبع تقدم المشاريع، وإعداد تقارير الحالة، وصيانة الوثائق ولوحات المعلومات. كما يتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحديد المخاطر وحل المشكلات وضمان التواصل الفعال بين أصحاب المصلحة، بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في تحسين عمليات ومعايير وأدوات إدارة المشاريع لتعزيز الكفاءة والاتساق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدراء المشاريع في عمليات الجدولة وتوزيع الموارد.
- تتبع تقدم المشاريع وإعداد تقارير الحالة الدورية.
- صيانة الوثائق ولوحات المعلومات الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحديد المخاطر وحل المشكلات.
- ضمان التواصل الفعال بين أصحاب المصلحة.
- المساهمة في تحسين عمليات ومعايير وأدوات إدارة المشاريع لتعزيز الكفاءة والاتساق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) أو في دور قيادي في المشاريع، ويفضل في مجال الأغذية أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG) أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- حاصل على شهادة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP أو PRINCE2) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع وإدارة البرامج، مع خبرة في تنسيق مبادرات متعددة وإدارة الجداول الزمنية والتسليمات.
- مهارات متينة في إعداد الميزانيات والتحليل لتخطيط وتتبع وتحسين تكاليف المشاريع ومقاييس الأداء.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة لتسهيل التعاون وإعداد تقارير واضحة والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة على مختلف المستويات.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثل MS Project أو Jira أو ما يشابهها) وبرامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية، ودقة عالية في التفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة وحضورية في مدينة الرياض.

- Relevant experience in a PMO or project leadership role, preferably within food, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Riyadh.
