Role Description The Vehicle Inspector role at Baddelha is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Vehicle Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of incoming vehicles, assessing mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic conditions, and identifying any issues that impact safety, performance, or value. This role includes documenting findings in a clear and accurate inspection report, supporting fair vehicle valuation, and coordinating with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth trade-in processing. The Vehicle Inspector interacts directly with customers to explain inspection results, answer questions, and help maintain a transparent, trust-based service experience. Daily tasks also involve adhering to company inspection standards, following safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of inspection workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Inspection and general Inspection, with the ability to evaluate mechanical, structural, and cosmetic aspects of vehicles.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance practices, including basic diagnostics, common repair needs, and safety requirements.
• Effective Communication skills to explain inspection results clearly, collaborate with internal teams, and support Customer Satisfaction.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to follow standardized inspection checklists and procedures.
• Previous experience in automotive inspection, service, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple inspections in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for using inspection tools, mobile apps, or internal systems.
• Relevant technical or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field is an advantage.
