المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة خطط وجداول زمنية مفصلة للمشاريع المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والبناء.
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع والمهندسين والموردين لضمان تخصيص الموارد في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة التقدم المحرز وتحديد المخاطر والانحرافات عن الجداول الزمنية المخططة.
- إعداد التقارير ولوحات المعلومات والتوقعات لدعم التحكم في المشاريع واتخاذ القرارات.
- تحسين تخطيط الإنتاج وكفاءة سير العمل.
- التواصل المنتظم مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والعملاء لدعم الالتزام بالنطاق والميزانية ومعايير الجودة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لعمليات التخطيط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في بيئات تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات أو البناء أو المجالات الهندسية ذات الصلة، مع الإلمام بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثل MS Project وPrimavera).
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال تقني ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في المملكة العربية السعودية وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والتكيف مع متطلبات المشاريع المتغيرة.
- معرفة بالمعايير ذات الصلة وممارسات السلامة والإجراءات التعاقدية (ميزة إضافية).
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط وتخطيط الإنتاج لتطوير جداول المشاريع وخطط الموارد وتحديثها وتحسينها.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة وقدرات التحكم في المشاريع لتتبع الأداء وإدارة المخاطر ودعم القرارات المبنية على البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات وتقديم تحديثات وتقارير واضحة عن المشاريع.

- Experience in ICT, construction, or related engineering environments, with familiarity in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant standards, safety practices, and contractual procedures is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
