Social Media & Content Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Fitness & Wellness Business

SAR 8,000 per month

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a fast-growing fitness and corporate wellness business based in Riyadh, delivering fitness programming, wellness consulting and corporate wellness services to a growing client base. They're looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to bring their brand to life across social media and content.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, execution-focused content specialist who wants to make their mark on a fast-growing wellness brand. You'll be filming, editing and creating content that captures the energy of fitness classes, trainers and events, and turning briefs into polished, on-brand output that performs across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Working pattern: Hybrid, with on-site filming and event coverage required across Riyadh alongside remote working for editing, design and scheduling.

Key responsibilities:

• Content creation: Create and edit social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Video production: Film and produce short-form video content, including Reels, Stories and event content.
• Event coverage: Attend sessions, events and activations in person to capture photo and video content when required.
• Creative execution: Translate creative direction, campaign ideas and briefs into finished social content.
• Planning and copy: Support the planning, preparation and scheduling of content, and write or adapt captions in line with the brand voice.
• Design assets: Create social media graphics, event visuals, presentations and other digital assets.
• Content management: Organise and maintain content libraries and editable design files, and repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

About you:

• Design skills: Strong practical ability with at least one professional design platform such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Procreate.
• Video skills: Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.
• Industry background: Experience within fitness, wellness, sports, health, lifestyle, hospitality, personal training or events.
• Working style: Hands-on, organised and comfortable working independently once given direction, and confident working on-site with clients and teams.
• Location: Based in Riyadh with your own transportation or reliable access to transport, and available for on-site filming and events when required.
• Language: Fluent English, with Arabic strongly preferred.
