نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن إدارة وصيانة ودعم البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في المؤسسة، بما في ذلك Microsoft Exchange وActive Directory وخوادم Windows وحلول النسخ الاحتياطي وبيئة المحاكاة الافتراضية VMware. يضمن الدور توفر النظام العالي والأمان والأداء مع تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وصيانة بيئة Microsoft Exchange.
  • إدارة Active Directory بما في ذلك حسابات المستخدمين والمجموعات وسياسات المجموعة (GPO).
  • إدارة ومراقبة البنية التحتية لخوادم Windows.
  • إدارة بيئات VMware الافتراضية (vSphere / ESXi).

Job Summary

Responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Servers, backup solutions, and VMware virtualization environment. The role ensures high system availability, security, and performance while providing technical support and resolving infrastructure-related issues.

Job Description

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
  • Manage and monitor Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere / ESXi).
  • Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Apply security updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
  • Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.
