تعلن شركة BisChat، وهي تطبيق مراسلة من الجيل التالي يركز على التواصل السريع والآمن والخاص لجمهور عالمي، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي توظيف (Talent Acquisition Specialist) للعمل عن بُعد في السعودية. BisChat حاليًا في مرحلة الاختبار التجريبي الحصري، ويدعمها فريق تقني صغير مخلص، وتوفر بيئة ديناميكية تساهم فيها جهودك بشكل مباشر في تشكيل منصة اتصالات قابلة للتوسع وتتمحور حول المستخدم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية لدعم نمو BisChat.
- التعاون مع مدراء التوظيف لتحديد متطلبات الدور الوظيفي.
- البحث عن المرشحين المؤهلين والتواصل معهم، وفحص السير الذاتية، وإجراء مقابلات منظمة.
- تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية للمقابلات وتوجيه المرشحين خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل التوظيف، وضمان تجربة إيجابية وشاملة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل، مثل صياغة إعلانات الوظائف واستخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لثقافة BisChat.
- تتبع مقاييس التوظيف، والحفاظ على قنوات مواهب دقيقة، وتحسين استراتيجيات التوظيف بناءً على البيانات ورؤى السوق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في التوظيف لكامل دورة الحياة (Full-life Cycle Recruiting) بما في ذلك المصادر والفحص والاختيار وإدارة العروض.
- مهارات في التوظيف وإجراء المقابلات، مع خبرة في المقابلات المنظمة والتقييم العادل وغير المتحيز للمواهب.
- مهارات في العلامة التجارية لصاحب العمل (Employer Branding)، مع القدرة على إنشاء توصيف وظيفي مقنع والترويج لثقافة BisChat عبر القنوات.
- مهارات اتصال قوية وبناء علاقات، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع فرق موزعة.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة تتبع المتقدمين (ATS) وأدوات التوظيف، بالإضافة إلى مهارات أساسية في اتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- فهم ممارسات التوظيف الشاملة والالتزام ببناء فرق متنوعة ومنصفة.
- خبرة سابقة في التوظيف لشركات التكنولوجيا أو المنتجات الرقمية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، علم النفس، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support BisChat’s growth. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, screening resumes, and conducting structured interviews. The specialist will coordinate interview logistics, guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. This role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, such as crafting job postings, leveraging social platforms, and promoting BisChat’s culture to attract diverse talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate talent pipelines, and continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data and market insights.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with experience in structured interviews and fair, unbiased evaluation of talent.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to create compelling job descriptions and promote BisChat’s culture across channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools, along with basic data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
- Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to building diverse, equitable teams.
- Previous experience recruiting for tech or digital product companies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
