نحن في شركة Jari Solutions نبحث عن وكيل إصدار تذاكر (Ticketing Agent) للعمل لدى عميلنا في مدينة الرياض، حيث ستتولى مسؤولية إدارة حجوزات الطيران وإصدار التذاكر وإعادة الإصدار والاسترداد باستخدام نظام Amadeus GDS، مع الالتزام بسياسات شركات الطيران ولوائح IATA وإجراءات الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء وطلبات السفر وتقديم أفضل خيارات الرحلات المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم.
- إنشاء وتعديل وإدارة سجلات أسماء المسافرين (PNRs) باستخدام نظام Amadeus GDS.
- إصدار وإعادة إصدار وإلغاء واسترداد تذاكر الطيران وفقاً لقواعد وأسعار شركات الطيران.
- حساب أسعار التذاكر والضرائب والرسوم الإضافية ورسوم الخدمة بدقة.
- مراجعة وشرح قواعد الأسعار وشروط التذاكر للعملاء قبل تأكيد الحجوزات.

- التنسيق المباشر مع شركات الطيران وموردي السفر لحل مشكلات الحجز وإصدار التذاكر.
- تحقيق معايير الأداء المتعلقة بكفاءة الحجز ودقة إصدار التذاكر ورضا العملاء.
- إعداد تقارير يومية عن الحجوزات وإصدار التذاكر والإلغاءات والاستردادات.
- الحفاظ على سرية معلومات العملاء والامتثال لسياسات أمن البيانات الخاصة بالشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني ومعايير IATA والسياسات الداخلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في السياحة أو إدارة السفر أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في حجوزات الطيران وإصدار التذاكر، ويفضل في وكالة سفر.
- إجادة استخدام نظام حجوزات Amadeus GDS.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة Amadeus و/أو IATA.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة قوية لنظام Amadeus GDS.
- فهم متين لقواعد أسعار التذاكر وإجراءات إصدار التذاكر ووثائق السفر.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Agent for our client in Riyadh. you will be responsible for managing all aspects of airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and travel-related services using the Amadeus GDS system. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA regulations, and company procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and accurate travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and travel requests, providing the most suitable flight options based on their travel needs.
- Create, modify, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) using the Amadeus GDS system.
- Issue, reissue, void, and refund airline tickets in accordance with airline fare rules and policies.
- Calculate airfare, taxes, surcharges, and service fees accurately.
- Review and explain fare rules and ticket conditions to customers before confirming reservations.
- Monitor flight schedule changes, cancellations, and operational updates, and coordinate alternative travel arrangements with customers.
- Process ancillary services, including seat selection, extra baggage, meal requests, and Special Service Requests (SSRs).
- Verify passenger information, travel documents, and booking details before ticket issuance.
- Handle itinerary changes, date modifications, route changes, and travel class upgrades according to airline policies.
- Coordinate directly with airlines and travel suppliers to resolve reservation and ticketing issues.
- Meet company performance standards related to booking efficiency, ticketing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports covering reservations, ticket issuances, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with company data security policies.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, IATA standards, and internal company policies.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline reservations and ticketing, preferably within a travel agency.
- Proficiency in the Amadeus GDS reservation system.
- Amadeus and/or IATA certification is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
- Solid understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation.
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and airline operational policies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Achieve a minimum 99% ticket issuance accuracy rate.
- Complete reservations within the company's service standards.
- Minimize ticketing errors and rework.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, airline procedures, and operational standards.
