يبحث الوكيل الحصري لـ Jaguar Land Rover عن مستشار خدمة يركز على العملاء لتقديم تجربة ممتازة، مع تنسيق أنشطة الخدمة والإصلاح، وتعظيم كفاءة الورشة، وضمان أعلى معايير الجودة ورضا العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة عملية أمر الإصلاح بالكامل من الحجز إلى تسليم المركبة.
  • التنسيق مع فنيي الورشة لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة وتسليم المركبات في الوقت المحدد.
  • إعداد تقديرات إصلاح دقيقة والحصول على موافقة العميل.
  • تقديم تحديثات منتظمة للعملاء طوال عملية الإصلاح.
  • ضمان أداء عالٍ للإصلاح من المحاولة الأولى وتقليل الإصلاحات المتكررة.
  • الترويج للخدمات الإضافية وحزم الصيانة عند الاقتضاء.
  • التنسيق مع فرق قطع الغيار والضمان لضمان إتمام الإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب.
  • حل مخاوف العملاء بشكل مهني مع الحفاظ على رضا العملاء المتميز.
  • تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للورشة مثل مبيعات العمالة والإنتاجية والكفاءة ومؤشر رضا العملاء ومعدل الاحتفاظ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة 2-4 سنوات في مجال استشارات الخدمة بالسيارات أو عمليات الورش.
  • يفضل خبرة مع العلامات التجارية الفاخرة؛ خبرة مع Jaguar Land Rover تعتبر ميزة.
  • مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وإدارة أولويات متعددة.

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our exclusive Jaguar Land Rover dealership. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating service and repair activities, maximizing workshop efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete repair order process from booking to vehicle handover.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approval.
  • Provide customers with regular updates throughout the repair process.
  • Ensure high first-time-fix performance and minimize repeat repairs.
  • Promote additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with Parts and Warranty teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining premium customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve workshop KPIs including labour sales, productivity, efficiency, CSI, and retention.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive service advisory or workshop operations.
  • Experience with premium automotive brands is preferred; Jaguar Land Rover experience is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good understanding of workshop operations and automotive repair processes.
