تعلن شركة Linde Middle East عن توفر وظيفة مدير ضمان الجودة والتنظيم (QRA Manager) في السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل وفقاً لمعايير النزاهة في Linde وضمان الامتثال لسياسات نظام الإدارة الطبية.
- إجراء زيارات عمل للعملاء والمراجعات ودعم الامتثال.
- إدارة المهام الإدارية وإتمام التدريب لموظفي قسم الجودة والشؤون التنظيمية.
- تشكيل وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الجودة داخل منطقة REE وEMEA من خلال المشاركة القيادية.
- تقديم مدخلات لحوكمة الجودة العالمية وتعزيز مبادرات الجودة عبر المناطق.
- تطوير وتكييف أدوات إدارة الجودة وتنسيق مجموعات العمل على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي.
- قيادة أنشطة الجودة والشؤون التنظيمية في الشرق الأوسط، ودعم الدول الجديدة في اعتماد السياسات.
- بناء وقيادة فريق QRA كفؤ، وتعزيز التطوير المهني والامتثال التنظيمي.
- مراجعة ومراقبة أنظمة إدارة الجودة، ودفع التحسين المستمر وامتثال الموردين.
- التفاوض مع الهيئات التنظيمية للتأثير على متطلبات الأجهزة والغازات الطبية، واتخاذ القرارات بشأن حالات عدم الامتثال لحماية سلامة المرضى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في الشؤون التنظيمية والجودة والتيقظ الدوائي.
- التعامل مع فرق متعددة الثقافات وشركاء خارجيين وهيئات حكومية وجمعيات.
- الإلمام بالهياكل المصفوفية المعقدة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك عبر قطاعات الأعمال.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).
- شهادة Lean/Six Sigma تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة جامعية (بكالوريوس/ماجستير) في الصيدلة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة أو دراسات في صناعة الأدوية أو الأجهزة الطبية في تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة إدارة الجودة، ويفضل أن تكون أكثر من 3 سنوات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في الشؤون التنظيمية والجودة والتيقظ الدوائي.
- مهارات التعامل مع فرق متعددة الثقافات والشركاء الخارجيين.
- القدرة على العمل في هياكل مصفوفية معقدة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مؤهل Lean/Six Sigma (ميزة إضافية).
- خلفية أكاديمية في الصيدلة أو ما يعادلها.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- In this role, you will act in line with Linde's Integrity criteria and ensure compliance with medical Management System policies
- You will conduct business trips for customer visits, audits, and compliance support
- Manage administrative duties and training completion for Quality and Regulatory Affairs employees
- And you will shape and implement quality strategies within REE and EMEA through leadership participation
- Provide input to global Quality governance and promote Quality initiatives across regions
- You will develop and adapt quality management tools and coordinate working groups at regional and global levels
- Lead Quality and Regulatory Affairs activities in the Middle East, supporting new countries in policy adoption
- Build and lead a competent QRA team, fostering professional development and regulatory compliance
- Audit and monitor Quality Management Systems, driving continuous improvement and supplier compliance
- Negotiate with regulatory bodies to influence medical gases and devices requirements and decide on non-compliance issues to protect patient safety
- You have expertise in regulatory affairs, quality, pharmacovigilance
- Exposure with cross cultural teams, external partners, authorities, governmental bodies and associations
- Familiar with complex matrix structures, ideally beyond business segments
- Fluent in English is required for this role
- Lean/six sigma qualification is an asset
- You hold an University bachelor/master’s degree in Pharmaceutical or equivalent
- Experience/studies in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry experience in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems, preferably more than three (3) years
