EY تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير/مدير أول في خدمات الاستشارات المحاسبية المالية (FAAS)، قسم التميز في التقارير المالية، في مدينة الخبر، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه الفرصة ضمن ممارسة خدمات الاستشارات المحاسبية المالية (FAAS) سريعة النمو. نحن بحاجة إلى مدير أو مدير أول للانضمام إلى فريقنا لدعم الخدمات المتعلقة بالمشاريع المحاسبية في القطاعين العام والخاص، على أن يكون مقر العمل في الخبر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وصيانة شبكات علاقات قوية داخلياً وخارجياً.
- تقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى كبار المديرين والمدراء والشركاء أثناء مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ والإغلاق لمهام FAAS.
- تقديم خدمات استشارية محاسبية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS وIPSAS.
- مساعدة العملاء في إعداد ومراجعة البيانات المالية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات IFRS وIPSAS.
- تقديم إرشادات حول تبني المعايير المحاسبية الجديدة وتأثيرها على التقارير المالية.
- التعاون مع العملاء لتبسيط العمليات المحاسبية وتحسين كفاءة التقارير المالية.
- الاستشارة مع الموارد المناسبة بشأن القضايا المحاسبية المعقدة لضمان أن تكون مخرجات FAAS واضحة ودقيقة ومُقدمة بشكل جيد وتلبي احتياجات العميل.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة والتغييرات التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات في المحاسبة المالية والتقارير.
- ضمان أن يكون العمل عالي الجودة ومُسلَّم في الوقت المناسب وبما يتوافق مع سياسات EY.
- العمل مع مكاتب EY الأخرى وخطوط الخدمة والمتخصصين لتقديم خدمة متكاملة.
- تحديد وإبلاغ الاتجاهات ذات الصلة والتطورات ومحركات الأداء الرئيسية ذات الصلة بالعميل.
- تنفيذ فعال لإطار تقديم خدمات FAAS، بما في ذلك دعم المعاملات الرئيسية برؤى استراتيجية وخبرة استشارية مالية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مؤهل مهني مطلوب (CPA, CMA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المحاسبة المالية، وتحديداً في تقديم الدعم المحاسبي وإعداد البيانات المالية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS و/أو IPSAS.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في إحدى مكاتب المحاسبة الأربعة الكبرى (Big Four).
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS وIPSAS.
- مهارات تقنية قوية وقدرة معترف بها على إدارة المخاطر بحذر.
- مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي مع القدرة على العمل مع أشخاص من خلفيات متنوعة في فريق FAAS المتنوع.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي والكتابي والعرض وخدمة العملاء والكتابة الفنية.
- القدرة والراحة في البحث في استفسارات العملاء والقضايا الناشئة، بما في ذلك اللوائح والممارسات الصناعية والتقنيات الجديدة.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work directly with a diverse range of clients across various industries to assess the impact of new accounting standards, proposed transactions, or other regulatory changes. Specifically, you will:
- Build and maintain strong networks internally and externally
- Report directly to Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners during the planning, execution, and wrap-up stages of FAAS engagements.
- Provide accounting advisory services to guarantee compliance with IFRS and IPSAS standards.
- Assist clients in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring they meet IFRS and IPSAS requirements.
- Provide guidance on the adoption of new accounting standards and the impact on financial reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to streamline their accounting processes and improve overall efficiency in financial reporting.
- Consult with appropriate resources on complex accounting issues, ensuring that FAAS work products meet client needs, are clear, accurate, and well-presented.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial accounting and reporting.
- Ensure that work is of high quality, delivered in a timely fashion, and in compliance with EY policies.
- Work with other EY locations, service lines, and specialists to deliver a fully integrated service offering.
- Identify and communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client.
- Deliver effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework, including supporting major transactions with strategic insights and financial advisory expertise.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification required (CPA, CMA).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting, specifically in providing accounting support, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and/or IPSAS standards.
- Previous experience in a Big Four accounting firm is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS standards.
- Strong technical skills and recognized cautious risk management ability
- Solid team working skills with the ability to work with different people from diverse backgrounds in the diverse FAAS team
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
- Keen to develop technical and other attributes of assigned team members
