تعلن وكالة السفر الفارناس (Al Farnas Travel Agency) عن وظيفة فني مصاعد (Elevator Technician) بدوام كامل للعمل في موقع الشركة بالسعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الروتينية للمصاعد، بما في ذلك الفحص والتشحيم والضبط واستبدال القطع لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية واستكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها لتقليل وقت التوقف.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة وإجراء فحوصات السلامة وتوثيق جميع الأعمال في سجلات الصيانة وتقارير الخدمة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elevator Technician role based in Saudi Arabia. The Elevator Technician will perform routine preventive maintenance on elevators, including inspections, lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of parts to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshooting malfunctions, and completing timely repairs to minimize downtime. The technician will respond to service calls, conduct safety checks, and document all work performed in maintenance logs and service reports. Daily tasks also include coordinating with building management and other contractors, following safety protocols and local regulations, and ensuring elevators comply with manufacturer specifications and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in elevator maintenance, including routine inspection, preventive servicing, and component replacement.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical and control system issues in elevators.
- Practical knowledge and experience working with elevators and their operational systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
- Solid understanding of electricity and basic electronics as applied to elevator systems, control panels, and safety circuits.
- Proven maintenance and repair abilities, including safe use of tools, reading technical manuals, and following work orders.
- Vocational/technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or elevator technology (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and willingness to adhere strictly to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer documentation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and building staff.
- Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and to lift tools and components as required by the job.
