نحن شركة معادن نبحث عن Senior Geologist للعمل في حقل خريص السعودية. سيكون التقرير المباشر لمدير مشاريع المعادن الصناعية والمعادن الجديدة. يقدم الدعم الفني والخبرة الجيولوجية لعمليات الاستكشاف وتطوير الموارد، ويساهم في تحقيق استراتيجية 2040 من خلال التركيز على المناطق ذات الإمكانات الجيولوجية الأعلى. كما يشرف على الفرق الميدانية المنفذة لبرامج الحفر الاستكشافي والجيوتقني، ويضمن التميز التشغيلي والالتزام بأفضل الممارسات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة "السلامة أولاً" في فريق عمليات الاستكشاف وتطبيق نظام إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة والأمن (EHSS).
- إجراء تقييمات جيولوجية شاملة ومسوحات لتحديد أهداف استكشافية متقدمة وتحديد أولويات المناطق لمزيد من التحقيق.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الجيوفيزيائيين والجيوكيميائيين والمهندسين لتحسين استراتيجيات الاستكشاف ودمج البيانات متعددة التخصصات.
- جمع وتحليل وتفسير البيانات الجيولوجية من مصادر متعددة مثل عينات قلب الحفر والبيانات الجيوفيزيائية والاستشعار عن بعد، وتطبيق تقنيات جيولوجية متقدمة وبرمجيات لتحديد أنماط التمعدن والضوابط الهيكلية والإضافات المحتملة للرواسب.
- إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وشاملة مثل تقارير تقدم الاستكشاف والتفسيرات الجيولوجية والتقارير السنوية، والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والإدارة.
- مواكبة التطورات الصناعية والتقدم التكنولوجي المتعلق بالجيولوجيا والتوصية بتنفيذ تقنيات أو ممارسات جديدة حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في تخصص جيولوجي من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- أكثر من 7 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في صناعة التعدين والمعادن - ويفضل في مجال الاستكشاف.
- خبرة مثبتة في توليد الأهداف والاستكشاف الأولي و/أو تنفيذ المشاريع.
- فهم متين لعملية اكتشاف المعادن والتحديات المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة عملية في الخصائص الجيولوجية لأنظمة Cu, Ni, Zn, Li, Ag, Au و REE.
- خبرة استكشافية عملية في أنظمة Porphyry Cu-Au و/أو VHMS و/أو Magmatic Ni-Cu.
- القدرة على تدريب الجيولوجيين والموظفين الميدانيين في تنفيذ برامج الحفر بما في ذلك التسجيل الجيولوجي والجيوتقني للقطع واللباب.
- خبرة في ممارسات إدارة البيانات بما في ذلك إجراء فحوصات مراقبة الجودة المنتظمة.
- القدرة على جمع بيانات مقاييس برنامج الحفر وإعداد التقارير لأصحاب المصلحة عبر فرق الاستكشاف وعلوم الأرض.
- سجل حافل في تنفيذ تحسينات سير العمل والمبادرات التي تعزز الإنتاجية وجودة البيانات والسلامة التشغيلية والكفاءة في أنشطة الاستكشاف والحفر.
- خبرة في تحديث وتطوير الوثائق الإجرائية لتنفيذ البرامج وجمع البيانات.
- نهج تعاوني للعمل مع مجتمع علوم الأرض الأوسع في معادن لضمان تطبيق ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات والمعايير المهنية.
- الإلمام بقطاع التعدين والمعادن والاستكشاف في المملكة العربية السعودية (اختياري).
- الكفاءات العالية الأداء في معادن: القيادة، التوجه نحو الإنجاز وتحقيق النتائج، التواصل، تطوير الآخرين، العمل الجماعي والتعاون، التفكير التحليلي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بمعايير JORC و NI43-101 لأخذ عينات المعادن.
- خبرة واسعة في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC).
- مهارات تقنية استثنائية عبر علوم الأرض وخبرة عميقة في التحليلات الاستكشافية.
- معرفة بالبرمجيات والأدوات المعيارية في الصناعة للنمذجة الجيولوجية ونمذجة البيانات الأخرى.
- معرفة وخبرة في تفسير التراكيب الجيولوجية بما في ذلك تقنيات رسم الخرائط والتسجيل وأخذ العينات.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات مع القدرة على تحديد وتقييم المخاطر والفرص الجيولوجية.

Key Accountabilities
- Promote a “Safety First” culture in exploration operations team and implement the Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) management system to ensure team members fulfill standard EHSS processes and operating procedures
- Conduct comprehensive geological assessments and surveys to define advanced exploration targets and prioritize areas for further investigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geophysicists, geochemists, and engineers, to optimize exploration strategies and integrate multi-disciplinary data.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret geological data from various sources, including drill core samples, geophysical data, and remote sensing imagery. Apply advanced geological techniques and software tools to identify mineralization patterns, structural controls, and potential deposit extensions.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive technical reports, including exploration progress reports, geological interpretations, and annual reports. Communicate exploration findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and technological advancements related to geology and recommend implementation of new technologies or practices as appropriate.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Geoscience discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in target generation, grassroots exploration, and/or project execution.
- A solid understanding of the mineral discovery process and its associated challenges.
- Practical experience with the geological characteristics of Cu, Ni, Zn, Li, Ag, Au, and REE systems.
- Hands-on exploration experience in Porphyry Cu-Au and/or VHMS, and/or Magmatic Ni-Cu systems.
- Proven ability to train geoscientists and field personnel in drill program execution, including geological and geotechnical logging of chips and core.
- Experience in data management practices, including conducting regular quality control checks.
- Capability to compile and report drill program metrics to stakeholders across Exploration & Geoscience teams.
- A track record of implementing workflow improvements and initiatives that enhance productivity, data quality, operational safety, and efficiency in exploration and drilling activities.
- Experience in updating and developing procedural documentation for program execution and data collection.
- A collaborative approach to working with the broader Geoscience community within Maaden, ensuring the application and sharing of professional best practices and standards.
- >7 years of relevant experience in mining and minerals industry - preferably in exploration
