تعلن شركة McKinsey & Company عن توفر وظيفة Communications Specialist في مجال القطاعات الاجتماعية والصحية والجهات العامة، بمقرها في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات اتصال إبداعية لتعزيز الوعي بقدرات الشركة ومعرفتها وأصولها، مع التركيز على القطاع العام والمجالات المجاورة.
  • المساهمة في حماية سمعة الشركة وإبراز خبراتها عبر حملات تسويقية متكاملة في الأسواق ذات الأولوية عالمياً.
  • التعاون مع كبار الزملاء في مجال الاتصال وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لتطوير وتنفيذ برامج اتصال عالمية، وحملات إعلامية (مدفوعة ومملوكة ومكتسبة)، وفعاليات، ومنشورات، بما يحقق تنشيط العملاء وبناء مسار المبيعات.
  • إعداد محتوى اتصال مكتوب واضح ومنظم وجذاب (مذكرات، بريد إلكتروني، ملخصات تسويقية، محتوى قصير، مدونات، نصوص حوارية، أسئلة وأجوبة) مع الالتزام بقواعد اللغة الإنجليزية (واللغات المحلية عند الاقتضاء).
  • المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ الاتصالات المتعلقة بالتقارير والمشاريع الخاصة (تصميم الاستراتيجية الرقمية، استراتيجية الشراكة المعرفية) وسرد القصص (منشورات اجتماعية، دراسات حالة) والمؤتمرات والفعاليات الخارجية/الداخلية (ندوات عبر الإنترنت، موائد مستديرة).
  • إجراء تقييمات استراتيجية لدعم تنفيذ وأولوية حملات الاتصال والفعاليات (مثل رؤى المنافسين، أبحاث المتحدثين في الفعاليات) وتلخيصها في صيغة قابلة للاستخدام من قبل القيادة.
  • ضمان اتساق العلامة التجارية عبر منصات وقنوات الاتصال، بما يدعم التوجهات الرئيسية للعلامة ويحقق الرنين مع الجمهور المستهدف.

Your Impact

Through development, support, and execution of creative communication plans and tactics, you will build awareness of McKinsey’s capabilities, knowledge, and assets.

You will help protect McKinsey’s reputation, punctuate its expertise, and contribute to bringing campaigns to life in our priority markets globally on signature themes for the practice, with a focus on public sector and other adjacent areas.

You will join a group of communications professionals within the Social, Healthcare & Public Entities (SHaPE) practice and firm’s Reach and Engagement function. You will help ensure that appropriate insights reach designated audiences, delivering tailored and impactful messaging to build awareness and engagement with McKinsey’s distinctive knowledge on a variety of topics. You will help shape the way the firm connects with people-from clients to firm members to alumni-strengthening institutional relationships, connections and affiliations.

Through collaborating with senior communications colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of best-in-class global communications programs, campaigns, media (earned, owned and paid), events, and publications that will enable client activation and funnel building across all channels. By aligning with clear project briefs and leveraging insights, you will ensure communications efforts are strategically focused and deliver measurable impact. You will develop, support and execute creative communication ideas and tactics that build awareness of McKinsey’s capabilities, knowledge, and assets. You will help protect McKinsey’s reputation, punctuate its expertise, and contribute to bringing campaigns to life in relevant ways across channels, platforms, and stakeholders.

You will be based either in one of our offices in Europe or the Middle East as part of our SHaPE Marketing & Communications team. This team works closely with our leaders in the public, social and healthcare sectors to measurably improve lives, livelihoods and health, and create more resilient communities. The SHaPE practice is one of the largest in the firm, serving over 2,400 clients in 65+ countries.

In terms of creating effective communications: you will create clear, structured, and engaging written communications products (e.g., memos, emails, strategic marketing briefs, short-form content, blogs, talking points/scripts, Q&A), that rigorously follow conventions of written English (and local languages when relevant). You’ll proactively collaborate with internal and external clients and stakeholders to develop and advise on communications, ensuring alignment with audience needs at different stages of the marketing funnel. You will help drive development and execution of communications for reports, special projects (e.g., digital strategy design, knowledge partnership strategy), storytelling (e.g., social posts, case studies), external/internal conferences, and/or events (e.g., forums, webinars, roundtables), actively using project briefs to create alignment and drive strategic outcomes. You will conduct strategic assessments to support execution and prioritization of communication campaigns and events (e.g., competitor insights, event speaker research), and collate into digestible format for leadership. You’ll ensure consistent branding (i.e., firm's signature voice, visuals, and narrative) across communications platforms and channels in support of relevant brand pivots, ensuring resonance with target audiences and alignment with broader objectives.

In terms of project management and execution: you’ll contribute to defining appropriate best-in-class communications and events objectives and strategies to achieve them (e.g., paid media, earned media, CRM support, social media support, web articles, websites, newsletters, storytelling, messaging documents, presentations). You’ll lead complex projects/workstreams independently or with designated team, aligning with key stakeholders as relevant. You will drive reputation-building programs through a mix of publishing activities (e.g., monitoring of media relations and public relations, targeted knowledge dissemination). You’ll develop strategy and corresponding metrics to measure impact and implement related data collection/reporting mechanisms, applying analysis to optimize decision-making and outreach strategies across the marketing funnel following firm unified measurement guidelines and frameworks. You’ll lead and execute plans to address routine reputation risks, with appropriate alignment, as relevant. You’ll manage data through reports and scorecards to track and analyze relevant metrics and contextualize insights (e.g., client development, ROI, share of voice, mapping media engagement programs). You will synthesize and share audience insights regularly with stakeholders, adjusting outreach approaches to optimize engagement. You will coordinate the creation of contact databases to maximize dissemination and engagement.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a business communications-related field, a benefit if in a professional services environment, corporate communications role, government, or communications agency background
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and firm related tools (Box, Slack); Fluency in GenAI tools
  • Knowledge of communications approaches and nuances of mission-oriented organizations in the public and social sectors
  • Broad skillset across relevant communication service lines and platforms (e.g., external/internal comms, media relations, events, executive comms)
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and ambiguous operating environment. Comfortable with the agile work methodology, and ability to work in quick, iterative rounds when applicable
  • Independently manages multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously, while participating in best practices and nurturing a trust-based, inclusive, productive environment.
