MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ongoing support to regional business development team (Segments and Regionals)
- Maintaining required Databases (clients, vendor lists, subcontractors)
- Collection and creating database for projects certifications and necessary correspondences (TOACs, satisfaction letters...)
- Regular update for company’s reference lists
- Preparation of pre-qualification lists and handling for various projects as same time as requested.
- Assist in study of ITB (instruction to bidders) with analytical reporting for threats and opportunities.
- Assist with Bid financial inquiries accurately noting all customer accounts. (Bid Bond issuance follow up…etc.)
- Understands the division’s system’s reporting. (Focal proficient users for reports and data analysis)
- External contact with customers/third parties only when necessary and under supervision and direction of Regional business development person in charge.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to feed with needed content for pipeline /awarded projects/certifications announcements/ required events/ customer kits and giveaways...etc.
- Communicate strongly, understand and follow company’s procedures.
- Act as quality representatives for the commercial sector and supports as an advisor in process improvement.
- Maintains flexible schedule and time shifts according to business need.
- Administrative work as necessary
