Role Description The Compliance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhahran, responsible for overseeing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across Tayseer Finance’s operations. This role includes supervising compliance staff, coordinating daily monitoring activities, and reviewing documentation, processes, and transactions to ensure alignment with SAMA regulations and internal policies. The Compliance Supervisor will conduct and support internal audits, identify control gaps, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation progress. The role involves preparing compliance reports, supporting regulatory submissions, and providing guidance to operational teams to promote a strong compliance culture. The Compliance Supervisor will also deliver or coordinate training sessions on compliance standards and procedures for team members and relevant stakeholders.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance oversight, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional compliance activities.
• Candidates should possess solid Regulatory Compliance knowledge, with experience interpreting and applying financial and SAMA regulations, internal policies, and Sharia-compliant financing requirements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to review data and documentation, identify risks or irregularities, and propose practical, compliant solutions.

• Candidates should possess Auditing skills, including planning and executing compliance audits, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field; professional certifications in compliance or audit are an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services or Islamic finance within Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial, along with strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
