Position Overview 

A highly skilled and detail-oriented Mid/Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Record and classify financial transactions, including income, expenses, and liabilities. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. 
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records. 
• Manage general ledger activities and ensure correct postings. 
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly. 
• Prepare financial statements: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 
• Generate financial reports to support business decision-making. 
• Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. 
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed. 
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes. 
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. 
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. 
• Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. 
• Identify and help mitigate financial risks. 
  
  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• CMA certification preferred. 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
