Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and focuses on creating motion graphics content and leveraging AI tools to support visual storytelling and digital communication at YEPM. The Motion Graphics Designer & AI Content Specialist will design and animate graphics for videos, social media, and digital campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines and project objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, producing and editing video assets, and integrating AI-based tools for content generation, enhancement, and optimization. The role also involves managing project timelines, preparing assets for various platforms, and continuously experimenting with new design trends, animation techniques, and AI solutions to improve content quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong motion-related skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics.

Experience with video-focused work, including Video Production and related post-production processes.

Solid visual design capabilities, including Graphic Design and working with Graphics for digital media.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant AI design/video tools).

- 2+ years of proven experience in motion graphics

- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Documented hands-on experience with AI production tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, or equivalent)

- A portfolio that reflects craftsmanship and attention to detail

- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver on time

Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and animations, with attention to detail and consistency.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Riyadh.

Relevant experience in motion graphics, digital content creation, or a related field; a degree or formal training in design, media, or a similar discipline is preferred.

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing content formats, and basic understanding of AI workflows
