شركة Worley، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد، تبحث عن Senior Structural Engineer في السعودية. سيتولى قيادة وتنسيق الأنشطة الهندسية الإنشائية لمشاريع GES+، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والمواصفات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنسيق جميع أنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية لمشاريع GES+، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والكودات والمعايير ومواصفات العميل.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد لمهندسي الإنشاءات والمصممين، وضمان تسليمات هندسية عالية الجودة ومتسقة.
- مراجعة واعتماد الحسابات الإنشائية وتقارير التصميم والرسومات ومواصفات المواد وغيرها من تسليمات التخصص.
- تطوير والإشراف على تصميم الهياكل الفولاذية وحوامل الأنابيب وأساسات المعدات والمنصات وغيرها من الأنظمة الإنشائية.
- ضمان أن تكون التصاميم الإنشائية آمنة وقابلة للتنفيذ ومتوافقة مع استراتيجيات تنفيذ المشروع.
- التفاعل مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والعملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- مراقبة تقدم التخصص واستخدام الموارد والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات لتحقيق أهداف المشروع ومعالم التسليم.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تخصص في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية لدعم مشاريع النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والتكرير أو الطاقة.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير أرامكو السعودية الهندسية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج الهندسة الإنشائية مثل STAAD.Pro وSACS وSAP2000 وETABS وSAFE.
- خبرة عالية المستوى في مشاريع FEED والتصميم التفصيلي وEPC وBrownfield.

Accountabilities
- Lead and coordinate all structural engineering activities for GES+ projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to structural engineers and designers, ensuring high quality and consistent engineering deliverables.
- Review and approve structural calculations, design reports, drawings, material specifications, and other discipline deliverables.
- Develop and oversee the design of steel structures, pipe racks, equipment foundations, platforms, and other structural systems.
- Ensure structural designs are safe, constructible, and aligned with project execution strategies.
- Interface with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor discipline progress, resource utilization, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives and delivery milestones.
- Support project reviews, constructability assessments, risk evaluations, and technical audits while ensuring compliance with Worley quality and HSE requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to discipline capability development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in structural engineering supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD. Pro, SACS, SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE, with high level experience in FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and Brownfield projects.
