Job Description:

As the Group CEO, you will be the visionary leader responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational excellence of the organization. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a multi-national corporation or a comparable business environment, with significant exposure to C-suite roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate strategy formulation and execution, particularly in scaling businesses and navigating through change.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across various functions and geographies, cultivating a high-performance culture that aligns with organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices, with experience in overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of synthesizing complex information to drive business decisions and outcomes.
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with investors, board members, regulators, and key customers.
