شركة OMNILOG تعلن عن توفر وظيفة محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تسجيل ومعالجة المعاملات المالية، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة (Accounts Payable) والحسابات المدينة (Accounts Receivable) وقيود دفتر الأستاذ العام (General Ledger).
  • ضمان دقة واكتمال البيانات المالية.
  • إعداد والتحقق من الفواتير الخاصة بالخدمات المقدمة للعملاء.
  • متابعة المدفوعات المستحقة والتحصيل.
  • التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لحل أي تباين في الفواتير.
  • المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية، بما في ذلك قائمة الأرباح والخسائر والميزانية العمومية.
  • إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرارات.
  • تتبع وتحليل التكاليف المرتبطة بأنشطة الشحن (freight forwarding).
  • المساعدة في تطوير إجراءات ضبط التكاليف.
  • تسوية الكشوفات البنكية والحسابات المالية الأخرى بانتظام، والتحقيق في أي تباينات وحلها.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المالية ذات الصلة، والاطلاع على التغييرات في القواعد المحاسبية المطبقة على صناعة الشحن.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة ومنظمة، وتجهيز الوثائق اللازمة لعمليات التدقيق (audits).
  • العمل عن كثب مع أقسام العمليات والمبيعات لجمع المعلومات المالية وحل المشكلات المحاسبية.
  • التواصل الفعال مع الأطراف المعنية الداخلية والخارجية.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين إجراءات العمل المحاسبية وتنفيذ التغييرات لتعزيز الكفاءة والدقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة الشحن (freight forwarding) أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
  • معرفة بالمبادئ والممارسات واللوائح المحاسبية.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وحزمة Microsoft Office.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

Senior Accountant - KSA

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Transactions:

Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

  • Invoicing and Billing:

Prepare and verify invoices for services provided to clients.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Generate and analyse financial reports to support decision-making.

  • Cost Accounting:

Track and analyse costs associated with freight forwarding activities.

Assist in the development of cost control measures.

  • Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

  • Compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.

Stay informed about changes in accounting rules and regulations applicable to the freight forwarding industry.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Prepare and organize documentation for audits.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as operations and sales, to gather financial information and resolve accounting-related issues.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting procedures.

Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
