شركة exequt، الرائدة في تقديم الحلول الاستشارية للتطبيقات المؤسسية والمنصات الرقمية، تبحث عن مهندس ETL للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، بدوام كامل (أيام الأحد إلى الخميس). ستدير مسارات البيانات من البداية إلى النهاية بالتعاون مع فرق الأعمال، وتعمل على مشاريع دولية ضمن بيئة البيانات الضخمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير واختبار وتحسين وصيانة دورة حياة ETL بأكملها.
- تحديد استراتيجيات استخراج البيانات وقواعد التنظيف ومنطق التحويل من متطلبات الأعمال.
- كتابة استعلامات SQL معقدة للاستعلام والتحليل الإحصائي وتحسين الأداء لرفع كفاءة المعالجة.
- بناء وأتمتة مسارات عمل ETL باستخدام Python وJava وShell.
- المساهمة في تصميم ونمذجة وصيانة مستودعات البيانات المستندة إلى Hive، مع تطبيق مفاهيم الطبقات (ODS, DWD, DWS, ADS) وتحسين هياكل التخزين.
- دمج وصيانة Hadoop وSpark وKafka وتقنيات البيانات الضخمة ذات الصلة ضمن مسارات ETL.
- مراقبة وظائف ETL، وإعداد التنبيهات، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وحل مشكلات زمن الوصول واتساق البيانات.
- وضع معايير تشغيل وصيانة ETL وتحسينها باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain the full ETL lifecycle
- Define data extraction strategies, cleansing rules, and transformation logic from business requirements
- Write complex SQL for querying, statistical analysis, and query optimization to improve processing efficiency
- Build and automate ETL workflows in Python, Java, and Shell
- Contribute to the design, modeling, and maintenance of Hive-based data warehouses, applying layering concepts (ODS, DWD, DWS, ADS) and optimizing storage structures
- Integrate and maintain Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and related big data technologies within ETL workflows
- Monitor ETL jobs, configure alerts, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data latency and consistency issues
- Establish and continuously improve ETL operations and maintenance standards
- Partner with business teams on requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, data validation, and data quality initiatives
- Keep current with new tools and techniques and bring them into the pipeline
- 2-3 years of hands-on ETL or data engineering experience
- Strong SQL, including complex queries and query optimization
- Programming in at least one of Python, Java, or Shell, with working knowledge of the others
- Experience with Hive and an understanding of data warehouse layering (ODS, DWD, DWS, ADS)
- Exposure to Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka in a production or project setting
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled data jobs
- Professional English, written and spoken - you'll write technical documentation and present solutions to clients
- Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
