Role Description This full-time, on-site Heavy Truck Driver role is based in Dammam. The Heavy Truck Driver will be responsible for operating heavy trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods and materials between designated locations. Daily tasks include planning routes, inspecting vehicles before and after trips, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring proper documentation of deliveries and receipts. The driver will adhere to local traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, while maintaining clear communication with dispatch, supervisors, and clients. The role may also involve basic vehicle maintenance checks, reporting mechanical issues, and supporting timely, accurate delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong heavy vehicle driving skills, including safe operation of trucks, maneuvering in varied conditions, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in route planning, navigation, and time management to ensure on-time delivery and efficient trip scheduling.
• Candidates should possess cargo handling skills, including safe loading and unloading, securing materials properly, and verifying delivery documentation.
• Candidates should possess basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness, such as checking brakes, tires, lights, and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients, and maintain clear delivery records.
• Valid and appropriate heavy truck driving license, with a clean driving record and relevant professional driving experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, adapt to varying schedules, and comply with local labor and safety regulations.
• Previous experience as a heavy truck driver in logistics, construction, or related industries is preferred.
