Job Title: Cofounder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) serves as a Co-Founder and the senior technology executive at SeekCars.AI, responsible for overseeing all technological aspects of the company. The CTO will lead the development and implementation of the AI-powered automotive decision platform, establish the company's technical vision, and drive technological innovation throughout the organization's growth from startup through global expansion. This role is critical in building and scaling the core AI algorithms and technology infrastructure that power SeekCars.AI's competitive advantage in the automotive decision-making market. CTO must be able to participate in the initial funding of the startup until a funding is secured later on in the Preseeding / Seeding investment rounds.

Main Responsibilities

1.   Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for SeekCars.AI's AI-powered automotive platform

2.   Lead the design, development, and deployment of the company's core technology infrastructure and AI algorithms

3.   Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, AI/ML, and data science teams

4.   Make strategic decisions regarding technology investments, architecture, and platform evolution

5.   Oversee the development of proprietary AI models for vehicle comparison, recommendation, and analysis

6.   Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all technology systems as the company expands globally

7.   Drive innovation through research and development initiatives in AI, machine learning, and data analytics

8.   Collaborate with the CPO and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

9.   Establish technology standards, best practices, and development methodologies

10. Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships

11. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage

12. Represent the company's technical capabilities to investors, partners, and at industry events

13. Develop and implement data governance and security policies to protect user information

14. Oversee the integration of third-party technologies and APIs into the SeekCars.AI platform

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management

• Proven track record of building and scaling technology platforms, preferably in consumer-facing applications

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, particularly in recommendation systems and data analytics

• Experience leading engineering teams through rapid growth phases

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements

• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

• Background in automotive technology or related fields is highly desirable

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and their technical implementation
