Advance Medical is looking for a skilled Production Engineer / Production Manager with strong hands-on experience in production operations, machinery troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Management or Production Supervision.
• Strong practical experience in operating and maintaining production machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Experience in industrial production lines; medical or plastic manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage production teams.
• Good understanding of quality and safety requirements in manufacturing environments.

• Manage daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and improve equipment efficiency.
• Follow up on preventive maintenance activities and production issues.
• Analyze downtime causes and implement improvement solutions.
• Lead production teams and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators.
