We are looking for an experienced Accountant to take ownership of the company's accounting operations and financial reporting across its investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Perform bank and investment account reconciliations across multiple banks and fund managers
• Account for investment portfolios (funds, deposits, and equities), including valuations, income, and distributions
• Prepare zakat filings and ensure ZATCA compliance in coordination with external advisors
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and fund administrators
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting to the partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience in investment companies (investment firms, holding companies, or family offices) - this is a mandatory requirement
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Saudi zakat and tax regulations (ZATCA)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems
