Represents Nahdi with shareholders, investors, market analysts, and regulators in events and in official and unofficial setups and ensure communicating  timely and credible information about Nahdi's governance, operations, financial performance, and future prospects. The responsibility is to provide consistent and transparent communication in compliance with regulations and company rules, catering to a diverse audience of shareholders, stakeholders, and the public with the guidance of the DM.

Accountabilities:

• Support the preparation and communication of company disclosures, announcements, press releases, earnings calls, investor presentations, and other investor communication materials.
• Ensure relevant information is communicated accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner to promote transparency and fair market practices.
• Support the development of executive briefing materials by analyzing market benchmarking, investor perception reports, industry trends, investor relations best practices, and competitor activities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and key regulatory bodies, including the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, and Edaa, while serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications team to ensure the timely and coordinated communication of relevant information to external stakeholders.
• Support the alignment of messaging and communication strategies to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial results, strategic initiatives, and other key company updates.
• Act as part of the Investor Relations team in facilitating continuous and responsive communication between the company and the investment community.
• Support the availability of appropriate channels for investors to share feedback and perspectives regarding the company's business performance and strategic direction.
• Respond to financial information requests from investors, analysts, regulatory authorities, and the Board of Directors, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to support informed decision-making.

• Indoors : 90 %
• Outdoors: 10 %
• Working Days  : 5 Working Days
• Days off : 2 Days Off
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Job Requirements: 

• Education:
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field   
• Experience:
  • 5 - 7 Years of Experience in relevant fields such as:
  • Investor relations,
  • Financial investment, 
  • Accounting, and other related fields   
• Computer Skills: 
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite    
• Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills (develop and maintain business relationships)
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Reports
  • Excellent Public Speaker
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Problem solving oriented 
  • Analytical skills and financial modeling capability
  • Strong business acumen in related industry
