شركة تصنيع أغذية (FMCG) سريّة في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن مدير مالي متمرس للانضمام إلى فريقها في مرحلة ما قبل الإطلاق التجاري. سيلعب المرشح الناجح دورًا محوريًا في تأسيس وتعزيز العمليات المالية ضمن قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الشركة هي شركة ناشئة في مجال تصنيع المواد الغذائية (FMCG) في مرحلتها الأخيرة قبل الإطلاق التجاري، وتُركز على إنتاج وجبات خفيفة صحية تنافس المستوردة جودةً وسعرًا. تشمل العلامة الحالية نوعين من رقائق البطاطس المخبوزة بعدة وحدات تخزينية (SKUs)، مع خطط لإضافة منتجات وعلامات أخرى مستقبلًا. تبحث الشركة عن مدير مالي ذي خبرة ليسهم في التخطيط المالي، إدارة الأداء، مراقبة التكاليف، وإعداد التقارير لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ومراقبة الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية.
- تحليل الأداء المالي والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- الإشراف على أهداف المبيعات، تحصيل العملاء، والتعرض الائتماني.
- إدارة التدفق النقدي، السيولة، ومتطلبات رأس المال العامل.
- الحفاظ على العلاقات المصرفية وترتيبات التمويل.
- قيادة مراجعات الأداء المالي وإعداد تقارير الإدارة.
- مراقبة أداء المخزون، مستويات المخزون، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمخزون.
- إجراء تحليل مؤشرات أداء المخزون وهامش الربح الإجمالي.
- دفع مبادرات تحسين التكاليف عبر أقسام الشركة.
- إدارة ميزانية المخزون ومراقبة التكاليف.
- إعداد والإشراف على تقدير التكاليف للمنتجات الجديدة والحالية.
- التنسيق لمراجعات الزكاة السنوية والمراجعات المالية الخارجية.
- الإشراف على وتوجيه كبير المحاسبين ومندوب المبيعات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG).
- مهارات قيادية وتحليلية واتصالية قوية.
- خبرة في التخطيط المالي، إعداد الميزانيات، التكاليف، وإدارة المخزون.
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP ضمن بيئة FMCG، ويفضل خبرة في Oracle ERP.

About the Company
The company is a startup FMCG food manufacturing company in the final stage before commercial launch.
We focus on producing health-forward snack products that compete with imported goods on both quality and price. Our current brand includes 2 varieties of baked Chips with multiple SKUs, with additional products and brands planned for future.
The company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in establishing and strengthening our financial operations within the FMCG sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, performance management, cost control, reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyse financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee sales targets, customer collections, and credit exposure.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
- Maintain banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Lead financial performance reviews and management reporting.
- Monitor inventory performance, stock levels, and inventory KPIs.
- Conduct inventory KPI and gross margin analysis.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
- Manage inventory budgeting and cost control.
- Prepare and supervise costing for new and existing products.
- Coordinate annual Zakat audits and external financial reviews.
- Supervise and mentor the Senior Accountant and Sales Representative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, costing, and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP systems in an FMCG environment; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
