شركة AL-AYUNI للاستثمار والمقاولات تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ثاني، عمليات الإنتاج في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ العمليات اليومية لمصانع الأسفلت والكسارات والخرسانة وفقًا للخطط والجداول المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة أداء المصنع واستهلاك المواد وبيانات الإنتاج من خلال الفحوصات الروتينية للمساعدة في الحفاظ على الكفاءة.
  • تنسيق جداول الإنتاج مع مدير الإنتاج ومهندس التعدين لدعم سير العمل السلس وتوافر المواد.
  • المساعدة في تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة أثناء الأعطال والإغلاقات للمساعدة في تقليل وقت التوقف.
  • دعم جودة المنتج من خلال متابعة معايير العملية والتنسيق مع فريق الجودة.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والوردية باستخدام بيانات الإنتاج المتاحة.
  • دعم مشغلي المصنع والمساعدين أثناء عمليات الوردية للحفاظ على سير العمل.
  • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المنظمة لضمان الامتثال والحفاظ على بيئة عمل منتجة.
  • تنفيذ بروتوكولات السلامة والأمن لحماية سلامة جميع الموظفين وأصول الشركة.
  • أداء مهام إضافية حسب الحاجة لدعم الفريق وأهداف العمل العامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في تشغيل مصانع الأسفلت أو الخرسانة أو الكسارات.

  • Job Purpose

To support daily production operations of asphalt plants, crushers, and related facilities according to production plans, ensuring proper use of equipment, meeting production targets, maintaining quality, and following HSE standards.

  • Principal Accountabilities

Production Operations Support & Coordination

  • Support execution of daily asphalt, crusher, and concrete plant operations as per approved plans and schedules.
  • Monitor plant performance, material consumption, and production data through routine checks to help maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate production schedules with Production Manager and Mining Engineer to support smooth workflow and material availability.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance activities during breakdowns and shutdowns to help reduce downtime.
  • Support product quality by following process parameters and coordinating with the quality team.
  • Prepare and submit daily and shift production reports using available production data.
  • Support plant operators and helpers during shift operations to maintain workflow.

Other Duties

  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
