Brand Partners is hiring two Product & Sales Trainers to support a major retail and loyalty programme launch in Saudi Arabia.

📍 1 opening in Riyadh

📍 1 opening in Jeddah

🕘 Full-time, 5 days per week

🌐 Arabic and English fluency required

This role is for someone who can do more than deliver a training session.

We are looking for trainers who can help retail teams understand a new product, explain it clearly to customers, and apply the right sales conversation in-store.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨

• Deliver product and sales training to store managers, retail managers, and frontline teams

• Run online sessions, group training, product demonstrations, and in-store coaching

• Visit assigned stores and malls to support teams directly on the ground

• Coach teams on product knowledge, customer discovery, benefit explanation, and objection handling

• Track attendance, completion, assessment results, store coverage, and coaching needs

• Submit clear daily and weekly reports covering training activity and team readiness

• Support refresher sessions for teams that need additional coaching

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞

• Store teams understand the product and can explain it confidently

• Training coverage and completion targets are achieved

• Frontline teams use approved product messages and avoid unapproved claims

• Store managers receive clear feedback on readiness and knowledge gaps

• Training activity supports stronger customer engagement and business performance

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫

• Based in Riyadh or Jeddah

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Experience in training, sales coaching, retail training, product training, banking, loyalty, financial services, or customer-facing roles

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Ability to learn product details quickly and explain them simply

• Comfortable coaching store managers, retail managers, and frontline employees

• Strong reporting discipline and confidence working across multiple stores and malls

Retail, luxury, beauty, fashion, loyalty, banking, or payment-card experience is a strong advantage.
