Fuzixel Technologies، شركة استشارات متخصصة في التحول الرقمي في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، تبحث عن مدير تغيير تنظيمي للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مبادرات التغيير التنظيمي من البداية إلى النهاية، بدءًا من التقييم وصولاً إلى التبني، مع مواءمة أهداف التحول مع التغيير في الأفراد والعمليات والتقنية.
- تصميم ونشر خطط إدارة تغيير مخصصة، تشمل تحليل الأثر، استراتيجية الاتصال، تخفيف المقاومة، وتخطيط أصحاب المصلحة.
- تيسير ورش عمل الجاهزية للتغيير، جلسات تدريبية، وشبكات وكلاء التغيير عبر الفرق متعددة الوظائف والقيادة العليا.
- مراقبة مقاييس تبني التغيير، الإبلاغ عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (مثل المشاركة، الاستخدام، المشاعر)، وتعديل الاستراتيجيات لتسريع تحقيق فوائد الأعمال.
- التعاون مع قادة مكتب إدارة المشاريع، الموارد البشرية، وتقنية المعلومات لضمان توافق أنشطة التغيير مع الجداول الزمنية للبرامج وأطر الحوكمة.
- بناء وصيانة أدلة إدارة التغيير، القوالب، ومجموعات الأدوات لتوسيع نطاق التميز عبر مهام استشارية متعددة ومتزامنة.

- تحليل أثر التغيير
- إشراك أصحاب المصلحة
- إدارة المقاومة
- تقييم الجاهزية للتغيير
- تصميم استراتيجية الاتصال
- استخدام برامج إدارة التغيير (مثل Prosci, Axonify, SAP SuccessFactors)
- خبرة في التحولات المتوافقة مع رؤية السعودية 2030 (مفضلة)
- معرفة اللغة العربية أو التنقل الثقافي الإقليمي (مفضل)
- شهادة في إدارة التغيير التنظيمي (OCM)، PMP، أو SAFe (مفضل)

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organizational change initiatives-from assessment to adoption-aligning transformation goals with people, process, and technology change.
- Design and deploy tailored change management plans, including impact analysis, communication strategy, resistance mitigation, and stakeholder mapping.
- Facilitate change readiness workshops, training sessions, and change agent networks across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Monitor change adoption metrics, report on KPIs (e.g., engagement, utilization, sentiment), and adjust strategies to accelerate business benefit realization.
- Collaborate with PMO, HR, and IT leaders to ensure alignment of change activities with program timelines and governance frameworks.
- Build and maintain change management playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale excellence across multiple concurrent client engagements.
