Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Driver Team Leader based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Driver Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of drivers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring performance, providing support to team members, and communicating effectively with clients to maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Truck Driving skills, including possession of a valid CDL Class A license
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and clients
• Experience with truck operations and logistics processes
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance practices
• Proficiency in time management and route planning
• Previous experience in a logistics or delivery company is a plus
• Familiarity with the local Riyadh area and its transportation routes is advantageous
