في Devoteam بالرياض، نبحث عن محلل بيانات أعمال (Business Data Analyst) للانضمام إلى وحدة Data & Intelligence، ليكون جسراً بين خبراء البيانات وأصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى رؤى مستندة إلى البيانات باستخدام المهارات التحليلية ومعرفة المجال.
  • إدارة المشاريع التحليلية بشكل مستقل من جمع المتطلبات وحتى تقديم الرؤى.
  • التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والتواصل مع الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • تحليل مجموعات البيانات المعقدة وتقديم توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ تؤثر على القرارات الاستراتيجية.
  • توثيق المنهجيات والنتائج لضمان الشفافية وقابلية إعادة الإنتاج.
  • مواءمة التحليل مع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وأهداف العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على شهادة أساسية واحدة من: CCBA، CAP، أو PMI-PBA.
  • حاصل على شهادة في تصور البيانات: Tableau أو Power BI.
  • شهادة تكميلية إضافية (اختيارية ومفضلة).
  • مستوى خبير إلى إداري (Mid-senior Level).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات Excel متقدمة: جداول محورية، صيغ متقدمة، نمذجة سيناريوهات.
  • إتقان استعلام البيانات باستخدام SQL لاسترجاع البيانات ومعالجتها.
  • تصور البيانات باستخدام Tableau أو Power BI أو Looker لتطوير لوحات تحكم تفاعلية.
  • البرمجة التحليلية باستخدام Python أو R للتحليل الاستكشافي.
  • فهم مستودعات البيانات وقواعد البيانات العلائقية لاستخراج البيانات بكفاءة.
  • الأساليب الإحصائية: التحليل الوصفي، الارتباط، الانحدار لتفسير أداء الأعمال.
  • الفطنة التجارية: فهم عميق لعمليات المنظمة واستراتيجياتها ومؤشرات الأداء.
  • استخلاص متطلبات الأعمال وتحويلها إلى مهام تحليلية.
  • التفكير الاستراتيجي: مواءمة تحليل البيانات مع أهداف العمل وتحديد الفرص.
  • التواصل القوي: شرح النتائج التحليلية بلغة أعمال بسيطة لمختلف أصحاب المصلحة.
  • سرد القصص المستندة إلى البيانات لتسليط الضوء على الرؤى القابلة للتنفيذ.
  • إدارة العلاقات مع الأقسام المختلفة من الفرق التقنية إلى التنفيذيين.
  • حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي: تحديد المشكلات وتقديم حلول عملية.
  • ريادة المشاريع: إدارة المشاريع التحليلية من البداية إلى النهاية.
  • إدارة الوقت: ترتيب أولويات المهام المتعددة لتلبية المواعيد النهائية.
  • التوثيق وإعداد التقارير: الحفاظ على شفافية المنهجيات والنتائج.

Job Description

A Business Data Analyst translates business requirements into data-driven insights, serving as the bridge between data experts and business stakeholders. They apply analytical skills, domain knowledge, and business acumen to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable recommendations that directly impact strategic and operational business decisions. At this level, analysts independently manage analytical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and clearly communicate insights to management and stakeholders, influencing strategic initiatives and driving tangible business outcomes.

Technical and Analytical Capabilities:

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot tables, advanced formulas, scenario modeling.
  • Proficiency with Data Querying: SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker to develop interactive dashboards.
  • Analytical Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for exploratory analysis.
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing: Experience with relational databases and data structures for efficient data extraction and interpretation.
  • Statistical Methods: Capability to perform descriptive analytics, correlation, and regression analysis to interpret business performance.
