We're hiring: Digital Marketing Manager - GOVYY | Jeddah, KSA (On-site)

GOVYY (eCommerce) is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth engine end to end - paid acquisition, retention & lifecycle, app marketing, organic & AI search, and the measurement stack - delivered through an in-house team of specialists.

This is a leadership seat: you set the strategy, own the numbers and the budget, and lead the people who execute. The mandate → strengthen LTV/CAC and grow net-new customers while making every marketing riyal more efficient, across web and app.

You'll own:

• Paid growth across Meta, TikTok, Snap & Google
• Retention & lifecycle (email + WhatsApp) and app marketing
• Organic (SEO/ASO/AI-search) and a clean, single-source-of-truth measurement stack (GA4, Adjust, Salla, CAPI)
• The paid-media budget and a team of 5 specialists

You bring:

• 5-7 yrs in digital/performance/growth marketing in eCommerce (Saudi market)
• Real command of unit economics - CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC, ROAS/MER
• Hands-on attribution + lifecycle/CRM (Klaviyo or similar)
• Proven people leadership
• Arabic & English
