المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التواصل الواضح وفي الوقت المناسب مع السفن والوكلاء وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة، مع الحفاظ على الدقة والاحترافية.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مرورية آمنة وفعالة تحت الإشراف، وضمان الامتثال للحدود التشغيلية.
- المساعدة في التنسيق مع العملاء والمرشدين والأصول البحرية، والإبلاغ الفوري عن المشكلات ودعم حلها.
- الاستجابة للمكالمات الطارئة وفقًا للإجراءات المحددة، وضمان الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب والتصعيد المناسب.

Job Description
Ensure clear and timely communication with ships and agents in accordance with established procedures, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Support the development and implementation of safe and efficient traffic plans under supervision, ensuring compliance with operational limits.
Assist in coordinating with customers, pilots, and marine assets, promptly reporting issues and supporting their resolution.
Respond to emergency calls in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely reporting and appropriate escalation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date VTS records and documentation, ensuring completeness and readiness for review.
Support berth allocation and vessel scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
Contribute to maintaining customer service standards through timely task execution and adherence to operational procedures.
Support VTS office-related activities, including handling of passes, permits, documentation, and administrative coordination under supervision to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
