في Kurasa (كراسة) بالمملكة العربية السعودية، نبحث عن مهندس سير عمل ذكاء اصطناعي (AI Workflow Engineer) لدعم مهمتنا الأساسية: تسخير الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوسيع نطاق إنتاجنا الإبداعي. ستعمل على بناء وتحسين وتطوير سير عملنا وقدراتنا في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحقيق نتائج أسرع وأفضل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وصيانة مهارات/قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي للمهام الإبداعية
- تحسين وتحسين استعلامات (prompts) Claude للحصول على مخرجات عالية الجودة
- تطوير سير عمل وكيل (agentic workflows) وأتمتة باستخدام Claude وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأخرى
- الاستفادة من نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الجديدة وميزات Claude فور توفرها
- تقييم ودمج منصات وقدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي الجديدة
- اختبار وقياس وتحسين الأداء عبر جميع سير العمل
- تحديد الاختناقات وتنفيذ حلول لتحسين السرعة والموثوقية
- توثيق أفضل الممارسات وإنشاء أدلة داخلية (runbooks)
- مواكبة أحدث تطورات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتوصية بالابتكارات
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبير في Claude - خبرة عميقة مع Claude API والنماذج والقدرات
- فهم قوي لكيفية العمل مع نماذج اللغة الكبيرة (LLMs)
- خبرة في بناء التطبيقات باستخدام واجهات برمجة التطبيقات أو كتابة النصوص (Python/Node.js)
- القدرة على تطوير واختبار وتكرار حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي
- تفكير نظامي (systems thinking) وعقلية تحسين العمليات
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والجودة
- مهارات حل المشكلات والتجريب
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية في DevOps أو الأتمتة أو تحسين سير العمل
- خبرة مع الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيل (agentic AI) أو سير العمل متعدد الخطوات
- خبرة في بناء أدوات داخلية
- الإلمام بالعديد من منصات وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي

CORE MISSION:
Harness AI to scale our creative production. Build, optimize, and evolve
our AI workflows and capabilities to deliver faster, better results.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain AI skills/capabilities for creative tasks
- Optimize and refine Claude prompts for high-quality outputs
- Develop agentic workflows and automation using Claude and other AI tools
- Harness new AI models and Claude features as they become available
- Evaluate and integrate new AI platforms and capabilities
- Test, measure, and improve performance across all workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for speed and reliability
- Document best practices and create internal runbooks
- Stay current on AI developments and recommend innovations
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Claude expert-deep expertise with Claude API, models, and capabilities
- Strong understanding of how to work with large language models
- Experience building with APIs or scripting (Python/Node.js)
- Ability to develop, test, and iterate on AI solutions
- Systems thinking and process optimization mindset
- Attention to detail on quality
- Problem-solving and experimentation skills
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Background in DevOps, automation, or workflow optimization
- Experience with agentic AI or multi-step workflows
- Experience building internal tools
- Familiarity with multiple AI platforms and tools
