Fitch Learning هي شركة رائدة في مجال التدريب في الخدمات المالية، وتقدم حلولاً تعليمية للمتدربين والخريجين وذوي الخبرة التي تزيد عن 10 سنوات. ستنضم إلى فريق المهارات المهنية العالمي الذي يصمم ويقدم برامج تدريب وتطوير في القيادة والتواصل والعمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات وغيرها من المهارات المهنية للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية والجهات التنظيمية. يُتوقع حضور المكتب بانتظام عند عدم الالتزام بمهام تدريبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتقديم تدريبات مهنية جذابة عبر الدورات الداخلية والافتراضية والعامة لتعزيز المهارات عبر مؤسسات العملاء.
- ترجمة السياقات المعقدة في مكان العمل والصناعة إلى تعلم عملي وتجريبي يتماشى مع أهداف العملاء ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بـ Fitch Learning.
- إعداد وتحسين المواد التدريبية والأدوات والتقييمات باستمرار لتعكس أفضل الممارسات المتطورة وملاحظات العملاء.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال كخبير موضوعي من خلال المشاركة في مكالمات تحديد النطاق وتخصيص المقترحات وتقديم حلول البرامج لأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال أولى للأسئلة المتعلقة بالمحتوى والفني والعمليات ضمن منتج المهارات المهنية في المنطقة، مما يعزز ثقة العملاء ونتائج البرنامج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة واسعة في تقديم أو تطوير برامج المهارات المهنية (مثل القيادة والتواصل والعمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات) داخل بنك أو مؤسسة مالية.
- مهارات عرض مثبتة وثقة في التيسير على جماهير متنوعة (افتراضيًا وحضوريًا).
- متواصل فعال مع تأثير ملموس على نتائج المتعلمين وتغيير السلوك.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تصميم دورات تدريبية أو أكاديميات أو حلول تعلم مختلطة باستخدام أساليب تعليمية وتقنيات تعلم متنوعة.
- احترافية قوية ووعي ثقافي يناسب عملاء الخدمات المالية العالمية، بما في ذلك منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA).
- رغبة في الابتكار وجلب أفكار جديدة لتصميم الدورة وتقديمها وتقييمها.
- شهادات تدريب أو تيسير أو تدريب مهني ذات صلة (Coaching, Facilitation, or relevant training certifications).

About The Team
You will join our Professional Skills faculty, a collaborative global team that designs and delivers training, development programs and academies focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and other professional skills for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Design and deliver engaging professional skills training-via in-house, virtual, and public courses-to enhance skills across client organizations
- Translate complex workplace and industry contexts into practical, experiential learning aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards
- Prepare and continuously improve training materials, toolkits, and assessments to reflect evolving best practices and client feedback
- Support business development as a subject matter expert-participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions within the professional skills product area for the region, strengthening client trust and program outcomes
- Extensive experience delivering or developing professional skills programs (e.g., leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving) within a bank or financial institution
- Proven presentation skills and confidence facilitating to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Are an effective communicator with demonstrable impact on learner outcomes and behavior change
- Experience designing training courses, academies or blended learning solutions using varied instructional methods and learning technologies
- Strong professionalism and cultural awareness suited to global financial services clients, including the MENA region
- A desire to innovate-bringing fresh ideas to course design, delivery, and assessment
- Coaching, facilitation, or relevant training certifications
